• Location services are used to facilitate meetings.

• Meet in public places initially.
• Respect others' boundaries and privacy.
• Follow all applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, threats, or stalking.
• Sharing false information.
• Illegal or unauthorized commercial use.

5.3 Content Moderation & Reporting

We may remove any content that violates these Terms. Reports can be filed through the app and reviewed within 7 business days.

6. Safety & Risks

We implement safety measures but cannot guarantee user conduct. Use at your own risk.

7. Privacy & Location

• Location tracking is required for core functionality.
• Data shared with partners only for essential features.
• Critical safety notifications may not be disabled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and IP belong to Swibe Social Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by Canadian law and resolved via binding arbitration.
